Kelly likes to get creative with her cheesecakes.  Which is really ok by me, because I get to eat them!

Fresh Fruit Cheesecake (1) - This one is from The Christmas Party 2002.  Lets see - chocolate dipped strawberries, kiwi, blackberries, and raspberries make for an incredible desert!

Fresh Fruit Cheesecake (2) - Here is the cheesecake I got for my 30th birthday.  It's topped with fresh kiwi, peaches, grapes, and blueberries.  Sorry the picture quality isn't better - my digital camera was out of commission for a while and we had to use my old 110 camera  :(

Peanut-Butter Cheesecake w/ Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Balls! - My office asked Kelly to make this incredible cheesecake for a birthday - Karen's favorite flavors are peanut butter and chocolate and here is the result.  Karen (and the rest of us) loved it!  The peanut butter flavor is smooth but not overpowering, the crust is made of shortbread cookie crumbs, and the dipped peanut-butter balls on top were good enough to be their own desert!

(NOTE:  Kelly made 3 different test mini-cheesecakes, and 3 of us got to taste test them and pick our favorite - what a rough night that was!  Don't you all just feel sorry for me?)

Celebrating that one year anniversary with a new kidney!!!!!!!  Kelly made this cheesecake (and the minis) for the nurse at her school, as her daughter celebrated her one year anniversary after her kidney transplant!
